Scarce late version in Burgundy over cream with silver painted wheels. The right rear wheel is the silver spun style so an interesting model released through quality control (if there was any). In addition it has 'black 'M' tyres and a black gloss base. Interesting with the mixed wheel types. First issued in 1958 this model went through various colour, wheel and base changes. The all cream model is particularly hard to source and can be found in matt and semi gloss finish. There were also three box changes. This example of thee later red and yellow panel non picture box with white end spot is harder to find and was released in the early 60's. It came with silver spun wheels and like this example with the silver painted wheels. All models had window glazing.

Extremely difficult model to find I was lucky to have this one in such fine condition. It comes in a correct lighter yellow picture box with cream printed end spots. Light tested and original.

This colour version, both of which are tricky to find nice examples, had wheel and base plate variations with shaped spun or painted silver cast wheels and either glossy or matt base plate. All models had window glazing. Light tested and original.
