Description
Spot On made by Triang were originally launched in 1959 and produced in Belfast Northern Ireland. Their production was short lived and ceased when Triang bought dinky toys in 1967. Today they are highly sought after models by the collector. Good boxes are even harder to find as the construction was not as strong as those of competitor makers.
This stunning example in hard to find two tone grey has an off white interior and silver-grey steering wheel and grey base. With full window glazing , silver cast wheels and black grip tyres. This model has no suspension. The appearance of this model is initially mint with a lovely sheen.

The beautiful body work is almost flawless with just an occasional mark making the condition very, near mint. There are no number plates. The wheels, glazing and base appear un-marked.

The box is complete though flaps at one end have been tape repaired. A carefully applied label has been applied one end to inform ‘Dual tone grey’ inside.
