Dinky Toys 169 Studebaker Golden Hawk
History.
Supplied from a Somerset shop owners estate in September 2022 who retained some shop stock Dinky Toys dating from 1953-1961.
Believed never to have been in circulation and where I have viewed and selected around 100 stock for sale. No touch-ups noted except a factory touch to a Weetabix Van which is known to have regularly occurred. If you want to know what is there just give me a call.
A beautiful example of the Studebaker Golden Hawk in beige & red with early red ridge wheels but a later issue black gloss base plate. Fresh white 'M' tyres.
Light tested and totally original.

Dinky Toys 170M Army Staff Car
Supplied from my own collection.
This is a a scarce US export model the Army Staff Car which is the casting of the 170 Forder Forder. Finished in military green it has a large white 'US star' on the roof and smaller stars to the front side doors. With matching wheels, black smooth tyres and a '170' cast large writing base plate.

Dinky Toys 171 Hudson Commodore Highline Sedan
This is a rare version in two tone blue & grey in highline finish. The final version was a lowline version which had a longer production run but still not an easy find in nice condition. This example had light grey side panels that cover the complete sides running across the bonnet lines with a blue upper section and matching wheels. It has black smooth tyres and a large writing base not numbered.
A superb example of this scarce and popular Dinky toy. One of the most sought after American 50's cars. Cabinet or showroom quality.

Hard to find at anytime but particularly in this light blue shade.
