Only 250,000 units of this model were made and only lasted in release for 1 year.
A most popular Corgi toy and becoming a difficult find especially in this condition.
Here is a superbly cast model using the Ford Thames model van converted to an ice cream vehicle. Complete with both man and boy original figures.
The van is finished in blue with cream trimming. It has an off white interior, fine chrome work and a very colourful canopy which is fixed. A complete un-applied transfer sheet 'so often missing'.
Fully black light tested and totally original.

Scarce transitional model. Issued in 1952 from a trade box 30PB and a very short release in a dual number 442/30PB box around the time of 1953-54 before it had a new numbering of 442. It's the box that is particularly scarce.
Studebaker Petrol Tanker finished in all over red with silver filler caps and black smooth well shaped tyres. Side length 'ESSO' transfer each side of tank.
It comes in a superb and scare dual number box with 442/30PB in red.
