Spot-On Toys 102 Bentley 4 Door Sports Saloon
Spot On made by Triang were originally launched in 1959 and produced in Belfast Northern Ireland. Their production was short lived and ceased when Triang bought dinky toys in 1967. Today they are highly sought after models by the collector. Good boxes are even harder to find as the construction was not as strong as those of competitor makers.
This stunning example in hard to find two tone grey has an off white interior and silver-grey steering wheel and grey base. With full window glazing , silver cast wheels and black grip tyres. This model has no suspension. The appearance of this model is initially mint with a lovely sheen.

Here is a very rare Austin Healey Tourer in late issue brick red with a grey interior, spun wheels, black shiny gloss base, tail lights and 'M' tyres. Though I have a bright red example similar, though not in such nice condition and a cream example, all as seen in my 100 series article, I have only ever found or seen one example of each. I bought all examples many years ago from a main diecast supplier in America and they have been the price of my collection.
A rare variation and sought after. Few variations are available in the 100 series range with wheel colour changes, but this is a beauty.
Fully light tested and no added touches observed.
