Supplied from my own collection. Orange and grey with green metal shutters, shiny black gloss base and grip black tyres, windows version. Rare with green ridged hubs. A very hard model to find in any condition and this is as nice a model as you will find. Museum quality. It comes in a lighter yellow picture box. Light tested.

This is a harder to find version with maroon wheels and particularly the early dual box. There were a series of 6 Trojan advertising vans, of which four were first issued from trade boxes. Then individual dual number boxes, except the Blue OXO and finally each had their own code when the last two, Cydrax & Brooke Bond which were issued in 1957. However, back to the Dunlop. The only variation I am aware of, is that early models from trade boxes and transitional dual boxes had maroon wheels. Later models had red wheels. This example has the early maroon wheels and comes in a correct dual numbered box. Fine red finish with black smooth tyres and un-numbered mottled base plate.

The initial release of the Kodak van in 1954 was followed later by the Ovaltine 1955 and the Dinky toys van in 1956, Though it was released the year of re-numbering, it was only available in a trade box of 6 for a very short period. Early issues followed in the all plain yellow non picture box. It had the shortest production run of only two years hence why it is the harder of the three vans to find. Always popular to collectors as advertising vans with their bright colours. This model is in deep yellow with bright red and black transfers depicting ?Kodak? and ?Cameras & Film? on the cab sides. The ridged wheels are matching red in colour. It has a standard base plate not numbered (a later issue), smooth tyres and no tail lights.
