French Dinky Toys 570P Peugeot VSAB Fire Van
A scarce model only issued for 1-2 years has become hard to source.
Peugeot Fire Van in red with an off white interior deeper red concave hubs, orange roof light and black plastic aerial and jewelled headlights.
It features an opening slide side door and three opening rear panels. Fine black treaded tyres and a matt black base.

Dinky Toys 581 Horse Box ‘Express’ US Export
Supplied from my own collection.
This is the harder to find US Export 'Express' Horse Box with rare red ST wheels. When found it usually has matching maroon/burgundy wheels but occasionally red wheels are installed.
It comes in a correct early 581 box showing the UK 'British Railways' transfers. This wasa transitional box used for export and has the correct 'Hudson Dobson' export red label applied.

Dinky Toys 582 Pullmore Car Transporter
Here is a rare version of the Pullmore Transporter in deep blue with fawn decks with 2x2 rivet sides. Finished with matching blue ridged wheelsand full and complete transfers to both sides and back. This is the first example of this version I have ever had.
It comes in a 582 stripped box. There is also the paler blue 794 loading ramp.
Light tested and free of any touch-ins.

Dinky Toys 582/982 Pullmore Car Transporter
Early Pullmore without windows and not provided with a ramp. It has '582' cast to its base and is presented in a dual numbered 582/982 stripped blue box.
The cab is finished in the standard mid blue and the back is all over lighter blue with two rivets to each side. A 20 mph sign is on the upper tail back and is finished with blue ST wheels and black smooth tyres.
Light tested and no evidence of any touch-ins.

A superbly detailed model in white with a mid blue front section except the raised bonnet and radiator. It comes with blue concave wheels, window glazing, black grip ST tyres and 29 (should be 30) milk bottle crates connected in two strips. It has a black gloss base plate and a mounted spare wheel below.

French Dinky Toys 587 Citroen ‘Philips’ Van
This is a scarce commercial and sought after French Dinky. Finished in yellow and silver body, with red radiator trim and matching red concave wheels. It has an operating side and rear door, giving access to the detailed off white interior, offering electrical goods. Mounted on the yellow roof, is a complete and un-damaged plastic advertising board that completes the circumference of the roof.
A hard to find model and this one is one of the best.

This scarce model is in fresh day one condition. Only issued for one year approximately. Finished in orange with an off white interior, matt black running boards, working winch, grey bumper and spare wheel mounted behind the cab. Above the roof is a red warning light and black plastic aerial. The transfers on each side are complete with no loss.

Berliet 'Autoroutes' Breakdown Truck is finished in bright orange with off white interior and silver concave hubs. Complete with roof light and working winch. Aerial and road sign is there in sealed bag. 'Depannage' black transfers complete to either side.
It comes with a flap style picture box and has afolded instruction leaflet within.

Dinky Toys 991 A.E.C. Tanker ‘Shell Chemicals’
Supplied from the fantastic 'Welsh' collection.
Dinky 591 AEC Tanker "Shell Chemicals Limited". A scarce second issue only produced for two years between 1954-55, this commercial tanker has a bright red and yellow finish, and virtually perfect “SHELL CHEMICALS LIMITED” lettering on both sides. Very nice ‘Shell’ label at rear. It has 20mph rear transfer, black 'ST' tyres and a mottled pressed un-numbered base plate.
It comes in the blue box with orange wrap over label lift off box.
Black light tested. and original.

Dinky Toys 591 A.E.C. Tanker ‘Shell Chemicals’
Supplied from my own long standing collection.
In 1952-54 The first A.E.C. Fuel Tanker was issued in Red with a yellow tank and yellow ST hubs with grey tyres.
On the side were transfers reading 'Shell Chemicals Ltd'
In 1954-55 and an even shorter life span the same model was released as 991. At this time they dropped the 'Ltd' and the transfers just read 'Shell Chemicals'.
They changed the box from the 591 blue box with orange label to the 991 stripped blue and white box.
Why this explanation?
This model and box have been in my collection for around 30 years. Either it was exchanged with another or it was transitional. The early 591 box has the rarer latter 991 model.
