Dinky Toys 027N/301 Field Marshall Tractor

This beautiful detailed tractor is finished in orange with silver metal hubs, brown metal driver and unpainted tow hook. Though this model was issued under 301 right up until 1964 this was the first issue with silver wheels and supplied in a scarce early dual 27N numbered box which was issued to 1954 only. Black light tested and totally original.

Dinky Toys 171 Hudson Commodore

Supplied from my own collection. A hard earlier version to find especially with a correct nice box. This is a scarce Hudson Commodore finished in dark blue and a tan canopy with tan ridged hubs. It has the larger writing base plate. It comes with a correct 171 yellow picture box with blue printed end spots. Black light tested and original.

Supplied by Dinky for Triumph to reflect the original colours being offered to the public for the real version. They were distributed not through retail arms but I believe through petrol stations to promote the car brands new models of the 2000 & Herald. Provided in various colours in very limited numbers.

Dinky 189  Triumph Herald. Extremely sought-after and difficult to find, this is an all original example of one of the rare Promotional Triumph models. This model is attractively finished in single colour Fern Green, black shiny base plate, suspension, glazing. It has silver spun shaped hubs and black grip tyres.

It comes in a yellow picture box with a standard green and white end spots printed.. Black light tested and totally original.

Dinky Toys 138 Hillman Imp

Supplied from the specialist west country collection. This is the rarest of several colour and interior variations of the Hillman Imp. Very scarce to come to the market in metallic blue and matching blue interior. Finished with silver spun shaped hubs, black grip tyres and jewelled headlamps on this late version. Finally it sits on a silver base plate. It comes in red and yellow picture box. Black light tested and original.

Dinky Toys 101 Thunderbirds 2 & 4

Supplied from a specialist west country collection. The best example I have ever had. Please note this model in similar condition has met prices several times well in excess of £1000-£1600. This is a very sought after early riveted version Thunderbird 2 and comes in gloss green with very nice decals. The mechanism's with four straight yellow plastic legs works correctly, red & blue trim, chrome engines with red plastic surround. The Thunderbird pod is in lovely order with no marks on view with smooth running metal rollers & contained behind the green plastic door/loading ramp is the yellow Thunderbird 4. As usual, the metal pod which has to be slid out has a little marking which of course is invisible when assembled – and unavoidable as metal slides across metal. It comes in a white panelled picture box with end flap style opening. Black light tested and original.

Dinky Toys 132 Ford 40-RV

Supplied from the specialist west country collection. This Ford 40-RV is finished in the scarce colour of kingfisher blue with a yellow interior, metal spoked wheels, rubber tyres. It features an opening bonnet and boot with chromed engine within, Red racing stripes are positioned on each lower sides. It comes in the hard plastic case design. Black light tested and totally original. A very scarce attractive colour variation and a first for Diecast Gems.

Corgi Toys 276 Oldsmobile Tornado Metallic Yellow

This is the later version of the Oldsmobile Tornado with 'Golden Jacks' hubs and comes in the window box with no mechanic printed to the front or header card version box. Finished in metallic yellow with an off white interior, cast hubs and jewelled headlightsand nice firm suspension all round. Black light tested and original.

Supplied from my own collection. Rare Mini variation a Diecast Gem. The Morris and its counterpart the Austin 7 numbered 199 had a very successful run with various colour and internal seat changes which also received a late base change. This model is a late very scarce issue which had a short run at the end of its life. Finished in cream but with a blue interior, silver spun shaped hubs and a matt black 197 base plate. It has 'M' tyres and is finished with tail lights. Fully light tested and totally original.

This Noddy car in bright red and yellow with spun shaped hubs has black doll! in the back with grey face and not the more often found Tessie Bear. Retained in a very nice presentation window box.
