Supplied by Dinky for Triumph to reflect the original colours being offered to the public for the real version. They were distributed not through retail arms but I believe through petrol stations to promote the car brands new models of the 2000 & Herald. Provided in various colours in very limited numbers.
Dinky 189 Triumph Herald. Extremely sought-after and difficult to find, this is an all original example of one of the rare Promotional Triumph models. This model is attractively finished in single colour Fern Green, black shiny base plate, suspension, glazing. It has silver spun shaped hubs and black grip tyres.
It comes in a yellow picture box with a standard green and white end spots printed..
Black light tested and totally original.

In very near mint plus condition with just occasional marks along the silver coach lines. No major marks noted. Glazing excellent as is the suspension and hubs and tyres very nice. The rivets are sound, the base plate would benefit from a little light cleaning.
Superb and rare opportunity. A highly prised Dinky especially the single colour examples.
