Supplied from my own collection. Only the 2nd set I have ever offered for sale.

A rare 149 Dinky Gift Set 4 Racing Cars complete with all packing

and models still fixed to their base card.

The set comprises:
1) 233 Cooper-Bristol in green, racing number 6.

2) 232 Alfa Romeo in red, racing number 8.

3) 234 Ferrari in blue, racing number 5.

4) 235 HWM in light green with racing number 7.

5) 231 Maserati, racing number 9.

Complete with top and base inner packing.

Black light tested and original.

A rare set.

All items appear to be the originals from this set, are in mint condition and still retained to base by elastic bands.

I have had the set for many years and the bands never changed but if they have in the past I can not confirm this.

All models are superb with not a mark around the drivers heads.

Quite incredible set and one of the most popular gift sets Dinky produced being highly sought after by collectors and Formula 1 racing enthusiasts

A very nice box with sound construction and no damage or repairs. Minor marks.

So nice to include the inner and rare model cover with model descriptions so often missing from sets.

One surface area loss to the box base where selotape has been removed in the past other than this a very nice complete set and box.
