Here is an early 1st series ‘Coles’ Crane in outstanding condition. A model tucked away for many years, which has barely seen the light of day. A great memory for me, as I had one like this as a child. Finished in upper yellow section over orange cab and chassis with yellow ST wheels and original grey tyres. It has both driver and operator in blue.
It comes in a blue and white stripped picture box.
A stunning mint example of this iconic large Dinky toy. With so much moving parts this has obviously never been played with with an original sheen to the paint finish and possibly only removed from the box for photographs.
The wind handles are lovely and shiny and where metal meets metal there is no paint loss.
This is a perfect example with full ‘Coles’ transfer to the rear.
Just noted some rust to the crane hook so down graded.
A very nice early blue stripped box. It includes a base and top packing piece and test tag. In very nice condition with no splits or damage. The model remains stiff to remove from the base card.
