This is a very scarce variation of the Leyland Shell B.P. Tanker finished in white over yellow with a white chassis and black plastic wheels. It has complete ‘Shell’ and ‘B.P.’ labels on each tanker side and back. There is a spare tyre ‘Black ST’ mounted to the chassis. Fine cab glazing.
The box is the later scarce end flap style picture box.
Light tested and no touch-ins.

A scarce variation not often found with black plastic wheels this attractive petrol tanker is in excellent plus-near mint condition. A few marks restricted to the cab and front yellow wheel arches. Nice complete labels all round.
Nice shiny un-painted tow hook with perfect tyres, wheels and base plate.
A very hard model to find.
The last example in very near mint condition I sold for £700.

This is a sound flap style box with the machine cut slit end flaps so vulnerable to tearing but very scarce. There are no added tearing. Slight age wear only.
