A very scarce late issue ESSO Tanker with red plastic wheels. rarely do you come across this hard to find issue as usually found with the red ‘ST’ wheels this has been in my own collection since 2007.
A fine red tanker with black topside full length ladder and black petrol caps. It has a matching painted tow hook the large ‘ESSO’ logo transfer to the rear and full side transfers reading ‘ESSO PETROLEUM COMPANY,CO.’
It comes in a stripped blue and white lift off box.
Light tested and one touch-in in white to the rear transfer.

Hardly a mark to be seen with no chipping. Possibly done by factory on the assumption the rest of the model is so good, is a touched in area against the white background.
