This Foden 2nd cab tail board lorry has a violet blue cab and chassis and orange bed and blue ridged wheels. This model comes with the casting support for the chain posts underneath which were introduced in January 1952. There is a spare tyre mounted to the chassis by a correct silver screw and nut. The casting includes the mould to fit the large painted rear hook. There are no tank slits. It has the later black block ST tyres and under the bed is cast ‘903’

The condition is excellent plus-near mint with occasional small marks only.
The grey tyres are a little soiled and would benefit from a soapy wash. A very presentable example without the need to pay a lot more for a mint example.
There are no flat tyres.
