This is the harder to find US Export ‘Express’ Horse Box with rare red ST wheels. When found it usually has matching maroon/burgundy wheels but occasionally red wheels are installed.
It comes in a correct early 581 box showing the UK ‘British Railways’ transfers. This wasa transitional box used for export and has the correct ‘Hudson Dobson’ export red label applied.
Light tested and original.

This rare version of the Horse Box is in near mint condition. There is one chip on the roof and besides this minor marking/box rubbing is all i can see. The transfers are complete with no damage.
