Supplied from my own collection.
Scarce transitional model. Issued in 1952 from a trade box 30PB and a very short release in a dual number 442/30PB box around the time of 1953-54 before it had a new numbering of 442. It’s the box that is particularly scarce.
Studebaker Petrol Tanker finished in all over red with silver filler caps and black smooth well shaped tyres. Side length ‘ESSO’ transfer each side of tank.
It comes in a superb and scare dual number box with 442/30PB in red.
Black light tested and original.
