A scarce late issue Comet wagon with flat head rivet.
This is a late issue of the 418 Leyland Comet Wagon finished in violet blue cab and chassis with a mid blue back and cream ST hubs with a flat head rivet not a screw and bolt fitting..
Spare black ST tyre mounted below.
It has the 418 cast underside.
It comes in a yellow 418 lift off box.
Black light tested and original.

Item Condition
A scarce variation and late issue in original condition. This one has been in my own collection over 25 years. I can not find a flaw. Lovely shiny axles and base plate.
The well shaped black tyres roll well and the hubs and base are great.
Stunning example.

Box Condition
It comes in the correct 418 yellow lift off box showing the green and orange model one side and the two tone blue the other.
The box is sound with no split corners. Some shelf wear to base edges mainly to short ends.
A very nice box.
