Supplied from my own collection.

Rare as hens teeth.

This Land-Rover is raely ever found in this deep rich blue finish to match the rare blue trailer. With a light tan interior early metal driver with blue ridged hubs and grey tyres. A spare is mounted behind the seats and there is an unpainted tow hook.

One of the rarest Dinky toys, I have only seen two in 50 years.

Light tested with a UV lamp and totally original.

Item Condition

Overall the paint finish is very nice with little evidence of much playwear. Some paint loss to the front silver bumper. The blue paint finish is very nice with occasional small marks. The interior and windscreen are superb. Tiniest rub to drivers head only.

Rear hook is good, base is about mint. Tyres well shaped and now hard.

A truly exceptional model missing from most extensive collections. Often referred as ‘The one that got away’.
