Here is a later issue Austin Taxi in rare violet blue and a matt black base. Becoming hard to find. This example will be an ideal gap filler until a minty example turns up but at a significantly lighter strain on the wallet. As a later issue it has the un-numbered matt base plate and late bobbly grip ‘M’ tyres.
Totally original and no evidence of any touch-ins.

Finished in the rarest colour shade of violet blue it is in excellent plus condition with light marking throughout. A presentable example and un-boxed with full transfer ‘Taxi’ sign on the roof, superb tyres and blue ridged wheels with a nice matt black base.
