This is a very scarce late issue in lime green with red metal wheels. It displays the late gloss base plate. Such a lovely paint finish but with some small chipping.
So hard to find in this lime green shade.
Fully light tested and no noted touch-ins.

There is quite a lot of graffiti to one box end and tape repair to one main end flap. No internal packing piece.
