Found in a grandparents loft a rare issue in Avocado Green with an off white interior, silver spun shaped hubs, shiny black gloss base and SA rivets.
Only the second example in this colour I have had.
Extremely rare and sought after Dinky.
As far as coincidences go the buyer contacted me at the same time as the seller seeking this specific model. How nice to send this to a home that is waiting eagerly for this model. A truly satisfying sale.

A superb example in mint condition of this very rare South African Volvo 122S in avocado/sage green. As nice as you could hope to find.
A rare opportunity and one Dinky toy I believe will continue to increase in value. What a superb piece.

Even rarer than the models in South African assembly are the boxes. This box is complete though a slight crush and minor creasing. One side flap a tear un-repaired. However this is still a very nice original box. Correct Arthur E Harris printing and box of South Africa.
