This version of the Austin Devon is in darker blue with blue ridged wheels, smooth black tyres and a large writing base. This version has no name cast on the roof underside.
It comes in an early dual numbered yellow picture box.
Light tested and original.

This is a superb example which most would accept as mint. To be pedantic a tiniest dot can be found on the roof and that is it.
This one has been in my collection for many years.

A superb correct box with factory dark blue end spot applied to one end. Dual numbering showing the early ’40d’ and ‘152’ numbering. Great shape just minor age grubbiness.
