The ridged wheels are in military green with black smooth tyres.

Item Condition
The unboxed model has some minor marks and a scratch on the roof. The wheels and tyres are very nice and the base is clean other than some rust over the axles. It has an undamaged rear cast tow hook. The top cover I would grade as a 3 due to heavy roof scratch and some edge marking.
