This is a rare issue which comes with BLUE wheels not red. Very hard to find and possibly only a few released as a trial initially before Mecanno decided on the red wheel.
It has smooth tyres and a standard base plate.

A very rare opportunity and I have only seen two examples the other in play worn condition. Fully light tested and no signs of any touch-ups.
