This is a very scarce version in saxe blue with dark grey seating, black ridged wheels, clear windscreen, four-pronged black metal steering wheel and black smooth tyres.
The only example I have ever had of this very hard to find colour.
There is no box as this model was sold from a shop-keepers box of six models.

There is some chipping throughout in good plus-excellent condition. Lovely bright paint work, a clear windscreen which has a split in line with the top of the steering wheel, fine wheels and a very clean base. No flats and the model rolls well.
A scarce colour variation in average condition but a fine gap filler.
Fully light tested with no observed added touch-ins.
