Supplied from the ‘Somerset’ Collection.
The most difficult to find of the three Citroen Winter Sports vehicles made by Corgi. This white and blue Citroen model 499 is in all original condition with a beautifully detailed perfect “Grenoble” transfer on the bonnet.
All delicate roof parts are complete and intact. Both skiers and sledge are still present. All original parts.
Featuring an opening boot window and drop down tailgate and the rear seats can be upright or stow flat. The model has silver spun shaped wheels and black grip tyres.

The colourful cellophane-fronted header card box is complete, fresh and bright. Note the large header card stands up straight (so often found floppy). Original cellophane window is complete with no breaks. Parts of the cellophane require a light touch of glue to seal the edges. There is no damage and the card is bright.
The internal stand is mint as is the neatly folded instruction leaflet.
