This version of this iconic model is in rare all cream export version with cast hubs, blue window glass with original Waverley ring, both card packing rings.  It has a complete bonnet label and a mint membership leaflet.

Superb boxed item.

 

Fakes classed as originals.

One of the most important models to black light test. I have bought four similar models over the years from a well known auction house only to find each one covered with proffessional touch-ins. On such examples under an ultra violet light you will find purple streaks and spots revealing such treatment. ‘New paint v old’.

This was one of the main reasons I decided to use a black light on all models to try to identify this proffessional con.

Black light tested and totally original.

The outer box and inner stand are again close to mint.  The outer box virtually mint the inner stand near mint. There is no card wrap around. The waverley ring is original and both roof rings and membership leaflet as new.

A truly special Corgi piece whoever is the fortunate buyer.
