Description
One of the most popular Corgi ever made. This was the first James Bond Aston Martin D.B.5 issued in gold with the first edition internal packing stand with arrows on orange platform. A wonderful model with unique special points namely the ejector seat, bullet proof rear screen and machine guns at the front. Made as a representation of the car used in ‘Goldfinger’. Finished in all over brushed gold with a red interior and cast spoke wheels. James is at the wheel with a bandit sitting alongside ready to be ejected.
The Instruction Packet has been carefully opened with the all-important Secret Instructions neatly folded inside which detail the retractable machine guns, opening roof and ejector seat, rear bullet screen and telescopic over-riders.
The often-missing original badge is present still on its backing sheet. The spare villain figure is included too!
