Dinky Toys 133 Cunningham C5-R Racing Car

Provided from my own personnel collection. This is a very scarce version of the Cunningham C5-R racing car. Finished in gloss white with two blue racing stripes and matching ridged wheels this version has the blue interior not the usual tan. It has racing transfers no '31' on each side and bonnet and a blue racing driver with black metal steering wheel. It has a bright clear windscreen, tail lights a mottled 133 base and bobbly black tyres.

Dinky Toys 133 Ford Cortina

Sold from my own collection. This is a late version of the scarce lime green with red interior Ford Cortina usually supplied with an export window box. Rarely found as a box in acceptable condition I preferred to store my example in an earlier 139 flap picture box. It has silver spun shaped wheels, black grip tyres and a matt black un-numbered base plate. It has jewelled headlights and features opening doors. Fully light tested and no touch-ins observed.

For reference purposes. Sold before reaching website. One of my favourite racing cars in white body with tan interior and blue driver with matching blue ridged wheels. In addition are dark blue racing stripes across the bonnet and boot with racing number ‘31’ on bonnet and sides. It has the standard 133 base plate and early black smooth tyres. I am now making available an extensive collection of Rare Promotional Triumphs.

Supplied by Dinky for Triumph to reflect the original colours being offered to the public for the real version. They were distributed not through retail arms but I believe through petrol stations to promote the car brands new models of the 2000 & Herald. Provided in various colours in very limited numbers.

Dinky 135 Triumph 2000. Extremely sought-after and difficult to find, this is an all original example of one of the rare promotional Triumph models. This model is attractively finished in black with a Cactus green roof, grey base, spun wheels (suspension). red interior, cream steering wheel. It has one small grab bag inside the boot.
