Dinky Toys 152b Reconnaissance Car
Supplied from a recent house clearance in Cambridge of 37 Dinky models all dated around 1946-51.
Believed always been in the original owners possession until now.
This 6 wheel army car is one of the earlier releases I believe a 1946 issue.
Finished in drab green with matching smooth hubs with a satin drab green finish base and black well shaped smooth tyres now hardening.

Dinky Toys 114 Triumph Spitfire
Purchase from a private Gloucester collection.
This is the rarest of the Triumph Spitfire colours and the last release. Finish in metallic purple with a gold interior, blue lady driver showing off the use of her seat belts. This later version had the jewelled headlights with silver spun shaped wheels, black grip tyres and a graphite smooth grey base plate numbered 114.

Dinky Toys 129 MG Midget Tourer US Export
Supplied from the fabulous 'Welsh' collection.
This is a rare US Export issue distributed through the Dinky US market place in 1956-7 only. Only a few have survived in a mint condition. Always a premium piece for the discerning collector and also a worthwhile long term investment item. It was released in two colours including a red and tan version. This is the white version with burgundy interior and red hubs. It has the standard 108 mottled base plate.

This is a later and harder to find issue of the Dunlop Double Decker Bus with silver shaped spun hubs. The body is in cream over red, has black grip 'M' tyres and Dunlop advertising each side. A superb example with a correct, later version, lighter yellow picture box.

This is a later and harder to find issue of the 'Exide' Double Decker Bus in red with red plastic hubs. It has black grip 'M' tyres and 'Exide Batteries' advertising each side. A superb example with a yellow picture box.
Black light tested which reveals 2-3 tiny touch ins at the rear.
