This iconic sports car like most Spot-On came in many colours. This is a later example with the smaller wheels and is finished in light blue with a light grey interior. The number plates are 'VYD 131'. The windscreen is fully intact. It has an off white four pronged steering wheel.

Though Spot-On issued many colours for each model this is not an easy colour to find in metallic emerald green with a grey interior and red plastic steering wheel. It has cast wheels.
This is a clean example and a good gap filler. A hard colour made even harder by the grey interior.

Shop Stock.
Shop stock means models have never been in circulation. They have come straight from the selling supplier. There are no touch-ups unless by the factory and no repairs to model or box. It does not mean every model and box are perfect. Models, particular Dinky Toys left the factory with many imperfections. Ex; Chipping, (red and yellow paint is well known) and box rubs and crushes through storage.
Supplied from a Somerset shop owners estate in September 2022 who retained some shop stock Dinky Toys in long term storage dating from 1953-1961.
