Spot-On Toys 271 Express Dairy Van
This model comes in a dark blue livery with a white roof , deck and seating. There is a white milk crate load on the rear deck and driver at the wheel, a four pronged black steering wheel. The registration numbering is 'PLM 109' and there are transfers on the nose and each side. There is the original white elastic band attached supporting the load.
A harder to find model which would be difficult to improve. A box upgrade would be nice for it.

This is a most interesting and scarce Rover 2000 TC. Finished in metallic green with a scarce burgundy interior it has racing transfers applied running over the bonnet and roof. It appears original but I have no evidence of this illustration of the Rover with racing stripes.

Spot-On Toys 276 Jaguar S Type
Spot On made by Triang were originally launched in 1959 and produced in Belfast Northern Ireland. Their production was short lived and ceased when Triang bought dinky toys in 1967. Today they are highly sought after models by the collector. Good boxes are even harder to find as the construction was not as strong as those of competitor makers.
This model is a later issue in metallic blue with silver wheels, a red interior and black rubber grip tyres. This was a right hand drive model with a male driver and female passenger with a black steering wheel. This model has suspension, a grey base and full glazing. This is the late issue with twin holed base plate.
A superb display item. Note; I acquired a collection of about 40 Spot-On cars from Australia some boxed some unboxed and many have been sold before getting to the website. This is one of the remaining twelve models
