Description
Made available from my own specialist 40 series collection.
Finished in Royal Blue with blue wheels this is a very scarce colour to find. It comes in it’s correct 151 picture box with dark blue printed spots either end.
It has a small writing base, no rear pillars (early version), and no name on the roof underside. It comes with original black smooth tyres now firming up.
Light tested and free of added touch-ins. This example is featured in my article on this model.

A very nice bright example with only an occasional tiny mark from mint. Beautiful and very scarce. The tyres have no flats and the model rolls well. The wheels and base plate are un-marked.

A very nice box and rare to find with the dark blue printed end spots. It has red and white ovals showing 151. A very clean box with some early wear now showing. Very small starter tear to one main end flap. Minor crease and no marking or pricing.
